I ordered a pair of shoes and the tracking was a mess. It barely updated, so I kept checking it during the week, usually while I was having coffee in the morning, and still had no idea where the package actually was. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain much or make it any clearer. By the time the shoes finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not the worst thing in the world, but frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again

They were still tight at first, like... not uncomfortable exactly, but definitely needed some time to break in. Getting better now, though.

I ordered a pair from JCole Shoes when they first showed up, I thought they looked solid. The leather seemed fine, and the shape was nicer than I expected. I don’t really have much else to compare them to from this brand, but they didn’t look cheap right out of the box.

After wearing them a few times though, I started noticing the stitching on one side looked a little uneven, and there was some glue showing near the sole. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not totally sure, but for the price I was expecting a cleaner finish. They’re still wearable, just not as well-made as I was hoping

I wore these for one walk i really didn’t like how they felt. I didn’t even make it that far before my feet started hurting, and the soles just felt weirdly hard. Not sure how else to explain it, but they were uncomfortable for me.

Tried to pay twice and the stupid thing failed both times. After that I just gave up because what a pain in the ass

I wasn’t really happy with this order overall. The experience just didn’t feel great to me, and I’m sure I won’t be ordering from them again.

I tried using the website the other day while I was sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee, just trying to look something up quickly, and it ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, the pages were loading really slowly, and after a while I just gave up.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but they were just way too uncomfortable for me. I wore them for a short amount of time thinking maybe they just needed to be broken in a little, but my feet started hurting badly almost right away. By the end of wearing them, I was more than ready to take them off. They looked okay, but comfort-wise, they were definitely not a good fit for my feet

I found a pair I actually really liked, but of course my size was out again. It’s a bit frustrating, and it makes me wonder if some of the options are just there to get you interested, because the sizes I need never seem to be available.

I bought a pair from jcoleshoes.com they looked good when they showed up. The fit was fine too... nothing uncomfortable or weird right out of the box.

After a few months though, the sole started wearing down faster than I expected, and one of the stitches came loose. I can still wear them, so it’s not a total loss... but I was hoping they’d last a bit longer. Overall, decent shoes, just kind of average when it comes to durability.

The shoes looked decent online, but once they arrived they felt cheap. For the price, I expected much better quality. I also wish the sizing or product details had been explained more clearly, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Overall, I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I was expecting to hear back a bit sooner, so the late reply was a little frustrating at first. That said, once they got back to me, they took care of my size issue and got it sorted out.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support!!! They were really helpful and got it sorted for me, though it did take a little while!!! Overall, happy with the help I got!!!

I kept sending messages and just never got a reply. It was really annoying, and the whole back-and-forth with no response felt completely unnecessary

I tried a couple of discount codes and, luckily, they worked, so I ended up saving a bit more than I expected. Not a huge crazy amount or anything, but still, it’s always nice when you’re checking out and the total drops a little. I know codes can be hit or miss sometimes, so I was kind of waiting for one to fail, but these went through fine for me.

I was looking at a few pairs on jcoleshoes.com, but the prices felt a bit too high for what they were. I ended up finding similar ones for less somewhere else, so it just didn’t feel worth it to buy from here.

The shoes looked really nice, but a few of the pairs I liked didn’t have my size available. I kept checking back for a while, but in the end I trusted my gut and went with a different style. They’re still good shoes, I just wish there were more sizes in stock.

I returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund, which is already frustrating enough. On top of that, I kept having to verify the same info over and over like they didn’t have it already. the whole process felt way messier than it needed to be.

These are good shoes. They feel solid, they’re comfortable, and the leather looks really nice in person. I did notice a small glue mark on one side, which was a little disappointing, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, I’m still happy with them
